Asoka and White Radio Sign Distribution Agreement

Foster City, CA., and Burlington, ON., June 27, 2006 - Asoka USA Corporation, the leading Powerline Communications developer and manufacturer, and White Radio, one of Canada's premiere suppliers of equipment to the cable, telephone, audio/video and utility industries, have signed a distribution agreement for Asoka's portfolio of Powerline network solutions aimed at Internet Service Providers and System Integrators across Canada.
